Mergers & Acquisitions Workshop

The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast (IACCSE) invites all its members to participate in our upcoming M&A Workshop in Miami and Atlanta, designed for executives, CFOs, and legal and finance leaders navigating cross-border transactions between Italy and the United States.
For many Italian companies, acquisitions are the fastest path to scale in the U.S.—accessing customers, talent, distribution, production capacity, or strategic know-how. This workshop is designed to provide a practical, executive-level playbook on how to:
- Define an acquisition strategy and identify the right targets
- Understand valuation, deal terms, and financing options in the U.S. market
- Navigate legal, tax, and due diligence priorities in cross-border deals
- Execute post-merger integration and deliver growth after closing

Each event includes a 2-hour workshop followed by a cocktail networking reception.
Four expert speakers from the firms: Rödl, Weiss Serota Helfman Cole + Bierman, Barakat + Bossa, and Greenberg Traurig, will each deliver a 25-minute presentation, followed by a live moderated Q&A to address real-world challenges faced by companies operating across borders.

Workshop on Human Resources Strategies
The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast (IACCSE) is pleased to present an exclusive HR Workshop in Miami and Atlanta, designed for executives and entrepreneurs navigating the complexities of managing talent in the U.S. market.
Taking place on February 25 in Miami and February 27 in Atlanta (5:00–8:00 PM – locations TBA), this new format will bring together 4 expert speakers and a selected audience from Italian and American companies operating in the United States.
The program combines a practical workshop with a cocktail networking reception, offering both strategic insight and meaningful peer connection.
The workshop will explore the full employee lifecycle in a transatlantic context, focusing on recruiting, training, retention, and benefits. Four expert speakers from 4 different companies, Consea, KilPatrick Executive, YER USA and Rodl, will each intervene, followed by a live moderated Q&A to address real-world challenges faced by international companies.
The evening will conclude with a cocktail networking reception, giving attendees the opportunity to connect directly with speakers and peers to exchange ideas and explore collaboration opportunities.

IACCSE Unveils its 2026 Calendar of Events

THE EVENT
The Italy‑America Chamber of Commerce Southeast (IACCSE) returns on November 12 with one of its most beloved events: Food Design Night.
Set in the Miami Design District, this year’s edition is hosted across three spectacular Italian showrooms — B&B Italia, Poltrona Frau, and Molteni&C — in a synergic format that celebrates the dialogue between culinary creativity and Italian design.
Three local chefs from popular restaurants Luca Osteria, Felice Restaurant, and Da Angelino will each present a food‑design creation inspired by Italian contemporary design. Their work will be evaluated by a jury of experts composed of influencers, design leaders, and food professionals, who will assess concept, aesthetics, and taste.
Italian wine and beverage brands such as Valdo and Ferrarelle will also participate in the initiative.
Food Design Night will also offer a preview of two upcoming events:
- Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, presented by the Consulate General of Italy
- The Best of Italian Design, presented by the Italy‑America Chamber of Commerce Southeast
Food Design Night is a joint initiative organized in full partnership by the Consulate General of Italy and the Italy‑America Chamber of Commerce Southeast.

- A selected group of architects, interior designers, and real estate developers will also be invited.
- The event is by invitation only and capacity is limited.

Business Luncheon on Infrastructure and Logistics Development in Florida


On May 16, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast, in collaboration with the Consulate General of Italy and the Italian Trade Agency, will host an exclusive luncheon on Florida’s infrastructure and logistics development. The event is open to both members and non-members of the Chamber who have a particular interest in this critical sector.
Keynote Speakers:
The event will feature Jared W. Perdue, Secretary of the Florida Department of Transportation, and J. Alex Kelly, Secretary of the Florida Department of Commerce.
- Secretary Perdue will provide insights into “The impact on Moving Florida Forward Infrastructure Initiative”.
The Moving Florida Forward Infrastructure Initiative is a $4 billion investment by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to expedite critical improvements on state-owned roadways. This initiative aims to address congestion, enhance safety, ensure the resiliency of the transportation network, and boost Florida’s supply chain and economic growth. Given Florida’s rapid population growth, with projections of 1,000 new residents daily over the next 30 years, these improvements are essential to meet the demands of current and future residents and visitors.
- Secretary Kelly will discuss “Florida Trade and Logistics strategic development plan: Opportunities of cooperation with Italy”.

Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas takes place in Miami on June 3-4, 2025
Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas (CSI) is the world’s only exhibition and conference exclusively dedicated to connecting the buyers and suppliers of the cruise design industry.
Taking place on 3 – 4 June 2025 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, CSI will bring together leading cruise lines and shipyards to meet with exhibiting designers, architects, outfitters, and interior suppliers from across cruise design.
The two-day event provides attendees with the opportunity to discover the latest products and services from over 250 exhibitors and hear from industry leaders on key topics and trends through panel discussions, focused talks, and Q&As.
Visitors can also experience a range of tailored networking and social events including the Opening Party, Happy Hour, Speed Networking, Lunch & Learns, as well as benefiting from the co-located events – Cruise Xperience Innovation Summit and Hotel & Resort Design South.
