The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce (IACC) Southeast will be a partner of the event organized at the Miami-Dade College in occasion of the opening of the Miami Fashion Institute.

Ten new, current season films will be screened in competition for the Best Film Award at the Regal Cinema South Beach from October 6th to the 11th.

A diverse mix of romance, comedy and drama features the lineup, showcasing this year’s most awarded films, such as: “Lo Chiamavano Jeeg Robot”,2015, multi-awarded action-drama directed by Gabriele Mainetti and “Loro Chi?”, 2015, diverted comedy directed by Fabio Bonifacci, Francesco Micciche’.

The Opening Cocktail will take place at the marvelous Delano Hotel in South Beach, as well as the Closing Dinner and Award Ceremony at the “Bianca” restaurant in the hotel lobby. The best clubs of Miami Beach will be hosting after parties every night.

Unioncamere (the Association of Italian Chambers of Commerce) with the support of the Italian Government, have constituted the certification “Marchio Ospitalita’ Italiana – Ristoranti Italiani nel Mondo” – a seal of quality that is conferred annually to authentic Italian restaurants around the world.

The “Q” Seal of authenticity golden plates will be presented to the following restaurateurs from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta, Sarasota and Puerto Rico.

Awards will be given by Hon. Gloria Bellelli, Consul General of Italy

An Italian food & wine extravaganza will follow the ceremony to celebrate the best of our culinary tradition
