Italian design and furniture company is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Back Office & Customer Care Specialist to support our sales operations and ensure an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you will manage order processing, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain clear, timely communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records, pricing, and product information in CRM/ERP systems
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and resolve issues promptly
- Track order status and provide proactive updates to customers and sales representatives
- Support the sales team with reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Handle customer complaints professionally through to resolution
- Follow company procedures and service quality standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in sales support, back office operations, or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Good knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus
