The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast (IACCSE) is seeking a motivated and qualified intern to join our team in Miami.
The Chamber is a non-profit association of businesses and professional firms, officially recognized by the Italian Government, devoted to fostering trade and investment between Italy and the United States.
This internship is designed as a pre-employment training opportunity with the concrete possibility of advancement to a Junior Project Manager position upon successful completion.
We are looking for a candidate who resides in Miami and is eager to grow within a dynamic international business environment
Key Responsibilities
• Support in registering new members and membership renewals process
• Assist in the organization and execution of local events (business luncheons, networking cocktails, trade promotions, institutional events)
• Prepare presentations, reports, and handle professional correspondence
• Manage and update contact management systems
• Contribute to social media and digital outreach initiatives
• Support promotional activities for Italian products and services in the Southeastern U.S.
• Assist with editing and translation of monthly publications and institutional communications
• Proactively contact local businesses to coordinate B2B meetings with Italian companies
• Provide operational and administrative support to ongoing Chamber projects
Candidate Profile
• Graduate students or recent graduates residing in the Miami area
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of web platforms and social media tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel required)
• Authorized to work in the United States
