Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will assist multiple departments, support sales operations, and act as a liaison with our Italian office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns;
  • Support sales activities and assist with customer communications;
  • Coordinate orders and projects with the Italian office;
  • Manage and coordinate the import of orders from Italy;
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation using CRM systems and internal Excel tools;
  • Participate in the collection and organization of data for sales forecasting and performance analysis;
  • Handle invoices and basic administrative tasks;
  • File and maintain documents, records, and reports in an accurate and organized manner;
  • Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the company’s evolving business needs.

Salary
Gross salary ranges from $4,000 to $4,500 per month, depending on experience.
