Position Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. You will handle inbound inquiries, provide prompt and accurate information and maintain all customer interactions. Your empathy, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product information, service requests and shipment inquiries.
- Identify customers’ needs quickly, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective, personalized solutions.
- Educate customers about product features and company policies to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions thoroughly in our IT system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (Sales, Technical Support, Warehouse Dept. etc.) to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Continuously learn about new products, services, and industry best practices to enhance your effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in manufacturing companies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer applications knowledge (MS Office, email, online chat). CRM proficiency is considered a plus.
