We are a dynamic and growing restaurant group with a passion for hospitality, creativity, and community. With multiple locations and concepts, we are looking for a driven and organized Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our brand presence and connect with our guests both online and in person.

Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing and managing the group’s marketing efforts across all locations. This position requires a highly organized, creative, and proactive individual who can oversee multiple projects, collaborate with internal teams, and manage external creative partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Coordination & Oversight
    • Supervise and coordinate external and internal creatives, including social media creators, photographers, videographers, and video editors
    • Manage relationships with digital marketing partners and ensure alignment with brand goals
  • Digital Marketing & Content
    • Oversee social media strategy and execution across all platforms
    • Manage community engagement (comments, messages, reviews) to maintain strong guest relationships
    • Coordinate content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity
  • Email Marketing
    • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns
    • Analyze performance and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions
  • Strategy & Budgeting
    • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for each concept and location
    • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Reporting & Communication
    • Track and report on marketing performance metrics to ownership
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data and trends
  • Operations & Collaboration
    • Act as the liaison between marketing and restaurant management teams at each location
    • Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with operational goals and on-site execution
  • Partnerships & Growth Opportunities
    • Identify and develop partnership opportunities with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations
    • Support events, promotions, and brand collaborations

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle brands
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp) and paid digital advertising (Meta, Google)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Experience coordinating creative teams and external vendors
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding and storytelling

Bonus Skills

  • Photography or content creation experience is a plus
