The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast is thrilled to announce its partnership with Casa Tua, the iconic restaurant founded in 2001 and over time expanded beyond Miami Beach, opening locations in Aspen, Paris, and New York, as well as a food hall concept called Casa Tua Cucina in Brickell City Centre.
This exciting new collaboration will allow our guests to experience a spectacular top-class menu. The Italian Business Community Night promises to be a great culinary experience.
Casa Tua Culinary Director, chef Douglas Santi, will prepare the menu alongside with the JW Marriott Marquis culinary team.
Douglas Santi is an internationally trained chef who earned his first Michelin star at Terme di Saturnia in Tuscany. After working with top names like Alain Ducasse and Laurent Suaudeau, he led kitchens around the world before becoming Chef Director USA at Sexy Fish. Now Culinary Director at Casa Tua, he brings his Italian roots and global experience to create bold, refined flavors.
