The project – currently under construction – is the latest in a list of over 55 luxury high-rises that Snaidero USA has furnished in Florida since 1992.

The residences – starting at $5 million – are curated in every detail and include private elevators opening directly into each unit.
The Bristol is developed by Flagler Investors – comprised of Golub & Company LLC, Commercial Financial Management and Elion Partners. The architecture is by Solomon Cordwell Buenz and Revuelta Architecture International, with interiors by Amir Khamneipur.
