Italian High‑End Furniture Delegation Engages Miami’s Design Ecosystem

The IACCSE in collaboration with Promos Italia — the national agency of the Italian Chamber system dedicated to internationalization – hosted a delegation of five Italian companies specializing in high‑end furniture for a two‑day trade mission in Miami.

The initiative connected Italian manufacturers with the South Florida design community through a curated program of B2B meetings tailored to each firm on Oct. 29-30.

Participating companies included:

Throughout the mission, companies met with architects, interior designers, and real estate developers, gaining first‑hand exposure to the dynamics of the South Florida market. The format enabled participants to exchange insights, assess evolving design and procurement trends, and gather concrete requests from qualified buyers.

As part of the program, the delegation engaged with leading firms involved by the Chamber, including Gensler, Stratos, Touzet Studio, and others. These high‑level conversations offered a practical understanding of specifications, timelines, and U.S. project requirements—key elements for entering or expanding in the region.

This mission marks a pilot in a renewed collaboration between IACCSE and Promos Italia. Despite a challenging trade environment, demand remains strong for Italian products that combine craftsmanship, innovation, and contemporary design. Italian furniture continues to stand out for its quality and originality—benchmarks that have few competitors on the international stage.
