Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.

A great administration manager has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.

The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Regulate office management and organization procedures
  • Coordinate with Headquarter to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
  • Communicate and build relationships with current or prospect clients
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising

Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master in Economy, Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or relevant field
  • English and Italian native speaker
  • Spanish knowledge is a plus
  • Proven experience in administrative role
  • Well-organized, able to work with deadlines
  • Outgoing, confident and proactive
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

 

Salary 45,000 – 50,000
