Magniflex USA is looking for an Intern for the Administrative department:
Description
To provide administrative support to the firm’s Miami office.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including but not limited to phone and calendar management, filing, scanning, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- Open, scan, and forward mail as appropriate
- Generate, analyze, and issue monthly invoices and retainers
- Manage invoice reconciliation
- Run account receivable report weekly and handle late payment/collection issues directly with clients
- Issue credit notes, write-downs, and courtesy discounts
- Reverse Invoices
- Manage invoice reconciliation, net billing, expense, and cash receipt reports.
- CRM
- Handle billing issues/client inquiries
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
Salary:
To be discussed depending on the experience.
Job type:
Flexible: Part time or Full time 20/40h per week. Monday to Friday. Stage agreement.
