Company: Italy-America Chamber of Commerce – Georgia Chapter
The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast – Georgia Chapter is looking for a part-time project manager (10 hours/week).
Founded in 2019, the IACCSE Georgia Chapter is in charge to develop the activities of the Chamber in Atlanta area with a membership base of 30 Italian and American companies.
The candidate will coordinate all the activities related to the development of the chapter as a liaison between its executive committee and its membership base, as well as a liaison between the main office of the Chamber in Miami and Georgia Chapter’s executive committee.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Support the organization’s mission in order to promote and create networking opportunities among members and future members
- Management of IACCSE – Georgia Chapter’s membership base including renewal and new membership processing
- Organization of small events and seminars under the supervision of the main office in Miami
- Creating contents for newsletters and social media posts
- Grow the membership base through marketing campaigns and outreach
- Overseeing general assistance operation and procedures
- Participate to meetings organized by IACCSE partners such as other European Chamber of Commerce or Georgia Department of Commerce
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Full command of English – Proficiency in Italian is preferred
- PR oriented
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- High organizational and presentation skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Legal resident in the US
